Job Title:MRSS Counselor

Education: Bachelor or Master degree in social work or counseling

License:LSW, LPC or higher

Pay Range: $45,000 – $60,000

Job Summary:The MRSS Clinician provides immediate, community-based behavioral health crisis intervention and stabilization services to youth and families in their homes, schools, or other community settings. This role focuses on de-escalation, safety planning, and connecting clients with ongoing support and services.

Job Title: Community Health Worker

License: CHW

Pay Range: $17.00 – $20.00

Job Summary: Experience in providing community based services, basic understanding of chronic medical conditions, proficient in use of electronic medical records. Will provide outreach to patients and those attributed to Shawnee to engage in care, home visits to people transitioning from hospitals, outreach to public housing facilities to provide education and enhance access to care of public housing residents.  May assist with closing gaps in care.  May need to transport.  Preferred qualifications include knowledge of population health management activities, strong people engagement skills, comfortable providing services in patient homes.  Position based out of Hisle Apartments

Job Title: Intake Specialist / Screener

License: Ohio LSW, LPC or higher

Pay Range: $55,000- $70,000

Job Summary: The Intake Worker will work under the supervision of a Team Leader. The main focus of this position will be to provide intake assessments primarily on a walk-in basis. Intakes may also be scheduled for situations that require an appointment such as a prison or hospital discharge. This position may also perform crisis evaluations if someone presents to the agency in crisis.

Job Title: School Based Counselor/Social Worker

License: Must have/be eligible for Ohio LSW, LPC or higher

Pay Range: $55,000- $70,000

Job Summary: Provides school-based mental health counseling to students experiencing emotional, behavioral, or social challenges. Conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, provides individual and group counseling, collaborates with school staff and families, and maintains accurate clinical documentation to support students’ mental health and academic success.
